AIMS and OBJECTIVES

  1. Establish a collaborative community consultation process and workshop to engage a wide cross section of Kurilpa stakeholders and participants
  2. From this community engagement, develop and clarify ideas that respond to the issues, histories and futures of the site and its adjacent areas
  3. Produce creative, professionally presented proposals that will assist local and state governments, communities and developers to achieve the best possible future development of Kurilpa for local and metropolitan life.

  • Mixed membership groups drew members from each of the preceding Focus Groups
  • Working with a facilitator, scribe and vision
    ideas and proposals were produced for future development.
  • Groups reviewed and polished proposals for presentation, display and voting by all participants. These were used to produce a collaborative forum outcome.
