We are advocating for a planning process that genuinely consults with the people of Brisbane, to ensure that any proposed plan has people, the built and natural environment at its heart. To ensure a healthy population, growth in this important area needs an accompanying growth in services, parkland and public space. The built environment should consider the risk of flooding impacts, while enhancing access and connection to the Brisbane River.
Urban planning is a tool that can enrich the lives of our residents and visitors. We need to put people before developers. LET’S DO IT BRISBANE!
